At our 2025 Annual meeting the HOA membership voted to approve a Special Assessment of $912/unit for the removal and replacement of a new hot tub.  This assessment is due either in full in the the first quarter of 2026 or can be paid in 2 equal installments of $456.  The first one is due in the 1st quarter of 2026 and the 2nd installment of $456 is due in the 2nd quarter of 2026.

The dues for 2026 are $335/mo.  The 2 main reasons for the increase in dues, by $20/mo vs 2025, is due to projected increases in HOA Insurance and continued increases in water costs.
